The system is divided into different groups based on age and gender: Cubs and Bulbuls for younger children, and Scouts and Guides for older children. Each group follows a set of rules, promises, and activities that help in their overall personality development.

What is a Cub?

Cub is a term used for boys in the junior section of the scouting movement. Cubs are typically in the age group of 5 to 10 years and follow a structured program that focuses on discipline, teamwork, and moral values.

What is a Bulbul?

A Bulbul is the counterpart of a Cub but for girls aged 5 to 10 years. The Bulbul section of the guiding movement focuses on nurturing creativity, leadership, and discipline in young girls.

A Guide is the female counterpart of a Scout and includes girls aged 11 to 17 years. The guiding movement helps young girls develop responsibility, leadership, and life skills.
