Rawat Public School, Jaipur, marked World Earth Day with great enthusiasm and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility through a series of impactful activities aimed at promoting sustainability and conservation.
In collaboration with Akshendra Welfare Society and the Municipal Corporation, the school organized a massive environmental awareness rally that witnessed the participation of more than 700 students, civic workers, volunteers, and community members. Continuing the tradition of social responsibility and compassion, Shri Narendra Singh Rawat launched the “Parinda Campaign,” under which water pots were installed for birds during the summer season. This thoughtful initiative reflected the institution’s commitment to caring for all living beings and preserving ecological balance.
The festivities continued at Nirmala Auditorium with the “Hari-Bhari Vasudha” program. Students showcased their creativity through a unique fashion show featuring outfits designed from waste and recycled materials. The innovative presentations promoted the principles of reuse, recycle, and sustainable living while demonstrating how creativity can contribute to environmental awareness.
The program also featured cultural performances, exhibitions, and educational presentations centered on the theme of “Save Earth.” Students effectively communicated the importance of environmental stewardship and inspired attendees to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives.
The event was graced by Deputy Commissioner Mamta Nagar, who appreciated the students’ creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication toward environmental conservation. She commended the school’s efforts in nurturing socially responsible citizens and encouraging sustainable practices among young learners.
