Investiture Ceremony “Pratigya” 2025-26: A Grand Celebration of Leadership and Responsibility at Rawat Public School, Pratap Nagar

Rawat Public School, Pratap Nagar, proudly hosted its prestigious annual Investiture Ceremony, "Pratigya", at the Nirmala Auditorium—an event that marks the beginning of a new chapter in student leadership. The occasion was a vibrant celebration, witnessing the formal appointment of the student council for the academic year 2025–26.

The ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance and the ushering in of knowledge. This was followed by soulful musical performances by the school choir, setting the perfect tone for an inspiring and heartfelt event.

Leaders from the four school houses—NISHTHA, PRAGATI, PRERNA, and SANSKAR—proudly took their oaths as Captains and Vice Captains. The event also saw the induction of various student office bearers including the Head Boy, Head Girl, Sports and Cultural Prefects, Assembly In-charge, and Club Captains across a diverse range of co-curricular domains such as Heritage, Cookery, Literary, Health, Eco, Creativity, Cyber, Reading, Integrity, and Dance. Each of these students was honored with badges and certificates, acknowledging their dedication and readiness to serve as role models within the school community.

The badge distribution was a moment of pride and responsibility as student leaders stepped forward to receive their honors. The following appointments were formally announced:

  • Senior Wing

    • Head Boy: Vatsal Sharma (Class 11 C)

    • Head Girl: Deeksha Turpani (Class 11 D)

  • Junior Wing

    • Head Boy: Kamesh Asiwal (Class 5 B)

    • Head Girl: Jiya Gautam (Class 5 D)

  • Pre-Primary Wing

    • Head Boy: Rudra Pratap Choudhary

    • Head Girl: Avani Ranjit

These accolades were presented by the esteemed Director, Shri Narendra Singh Rawat, in the presence of proud faculty and parents.

Chairman of Rawat Educational Group, Shri B. S. Rawat, graced the occasion and extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the newly appointed student leaders. He emphasized the importance of leadership rooted in values, discipline, and dedication.

Adding to the grandeur of the day were lively and colorful cultural performances by students, showcasing their talents and infusing the event with joy and artistic expression.

Principal Mrs. Maitreyi Shukla and Academic Head Mr. Rajesh Kanthariya addressed the gathering, commending the enthusiasm and integrity of the student council. They expressed their gratitude to all mentors and facilitators who guided the students and reiterated the school's commitment to nurturing leadership and character in every child.
