Materials:

• Paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Colored pencils, markers, or crayons (optional)

Basic Steps:

• Start by drawing the butterfly's body. Draw a long oval shape in the middle of the paper.
• Next, draw the butterfly's wings. Draw two large wings on each side of the body. The wings can be any shape you want, but a simple teardrop shape works well. Make sure the wings are roughly the same size.
