For Class I : Child completing 5 years on 1st April of the Academic year.
For Classes I to VIII: There will be no formal test or interview, screening methods right will be reserved by school if number of applicants are more than the number of seat available.
For Classes IX to XII: Guidelines by CBSE will be strictly followed.
Documents Required While Admission :
* Original Transfer Certificate from previous school
* Attested copy of date of Birth Certificate
* Two passport sized colored photograph
* Attested mark sheet of previous class

CCE Method (Continuous and comprehensive evaluation is followed in all forms as guidelines formed by CBSE. CCE is an evaluation system introduced by Central Board of Secondary Education in India. It make child innovative & interactive. The main aim of CCE is to evaluate every aspect of the child during their presence in the school.
This is believed to reduce the pressure on a child during / before examination as the students will have to sit for multiple test throughout the year of which no test or the syllabus covered will be repeated at the end of year. The CCE Method is claimed to bring enormous changes from the traditional Chalk and Talk method of teaching.
Both Scholastic & Co-Scholastic domains are judged for each child. Different skills are developed and child learns to perfect in different aspects of learning.
The academic year is divided into two semester & examination are held at the end of each semester.
1st Semester Examination - September
2nd Semester Examination - March
Pre-Board for Class XII - December – January
Report on Progress:
Parents will receive computer generated report for each term of the academic year.
Feedback on Progress : Parents are requested to sign each evaluation sheets and handover back. This will ensure that they are always aware of their ward's progress.
A student is required to keep 75% attendance in each term. The students failing to fulfill the required attendance shall not be permitted to appear in Annual Exams.
Home Work Policy:
Each pupil should have a Rawat Public School Diary, which is life orientation of school where he / she is to record the home set each day. Revision, consolidation and preparation of done work should take place every night.
The counseling department assists pupils with selection of subject courses and careers, as well as dealing with problems of personal adjustment.
Conveyance facility is available on all routes. Students are not permitted to withdraw from the van facility in the mid-session unless there is a shifting of residence and in case of withdraw, conveyance fee will not be refundable. Students availing conveyance facility need to fill form with terms & conditions.
Clubs Bonding as a team:
The School provides fairly wide range of activities through different clubs. Various clubs help in the enhancement of creativity & personality of our students. There are Literary Club, Reader's Club, Eco Club, Quiz Club, Health Club, Commerce Club, Maths Club, Science Club, Heritage Club, Cyber Club, Fine Arts & Music Club, Cookery Club, Integrity Club and Traffic Club.
School organizes various hobby classes such as Basketball, Art & Craft, Drama, Dance, Spoken English, Sculpture, Table Tennis & Cricket during summer camp.

Meetings are arranged by prior appointment only. Timings for meeting are 9.30 am to 10.30 am. It is advised to fix up an appointment before a visit made to avoid inconvenience. Students are always expected to set standards of good conduct and politeness in the school van and at public place. The school is judged by the conduct of the students. They should greet their teachers and elders where ever they meet them. Being respectful and use of appropriate language is expected from all members of the student body.
Rules & Regulations:
1. Students must reach school five minutes before the first bell ring.
2. Students must keep their bicycles properly locked at the cycle stand.
3. Objectionable reading material is not allowed in the school.
4. Bringing mobiles phones, i pods or any other electronic item to school is strictly prohibited. Those will be confiscated if a student's is found carrying them.
5. Students must take care of the school property. Damaging school furniture & property shall initiate disciplinary action.
6. Students found visiting the kiosks outside the school will be subject to disciplinary action.
In case of withdrawal in mid session whole quarter fee shall be charged & if already given will not be refunded. An application must be submitted with required charges to issue TC.
